All Toy Poodles are sold with health certificates, age appropriate shots, wormed, and a 1 year guarantee against hereditary defects. All puppies are home raised, socialized, crate trained, and paper trained. I retain the right to place or sell any puppy or dog to the right home and refuse the placement or sale of any puppy or dog to anyone I do not feel comfortable with for any reason.

Genetic testing is done and can be viewed on the OFA website (links are added to each dog's page as testing is completed). Companion animals are sold with Limited AKC Registration, are required to be altered no earlier than 10 months but no later than 13 months, and are not to be bred. Show animals will be co-owned until the animal completes its championship title and health testing in accordance with my contract.

Deposits are non-refundable:

​The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the dog if:

(a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the dog for any reason, or

(b) Buyer fails to pay the balance of the purchase price at the time of picking up the puppy, or before puppy leaves seller's possession. The seller has the right to offer the puppy for sale to another person.

Deposit will be returned if:

If the seller receives a deposit on a puppy but chooses to not sell the puppy to the potential buyer, the seller has full rights to refuse to sell the puppy and will return the entirety of the deposit.
